Why did I created TONQC?
Like many others, I suffered from irritation between my legs. I had to endure the pain throughout the day. My boxers would ride up and stick between my thighs, which quickly wore out the fabric, making them uncomfortable.
In 2022, I started collaborating with my seamstresses to design a pair of underwear that reduces friction by moving the seams to more comfortable locations. I immediately chose silver fabric for the crotch area for its known antibacterial properties and ability to reduce inflammation.
With Julie-Gil Design‘s help, we conceptualized the TONQC SYSTEM®, a patented device that comfortably positions itself directly on the affected areas without having to reposition it. After only a few uses, I noticed a reduction in swelling and pain. I knew I could help people stop suffering in silence and move limitless.

How to choose the right size?
Measure your hip circumference (at the widest part of your hips, just above your glutes), then refer to the size guide available on the product page.
If you are between sizes, choose the one that best fits your usual waist size.
How to take care of TONQC boxers?
TONQC boxers are easy to care for and designed to last when properly maintained!
They can be machine washed in cold water with similar colors. Dry at low temperature. To further preserve the durability of the fabric and system, it is recommended to air dry them (avoid direct contact with sunlight).
Do not use bleach or fabric softener to keep the fabric in good shape. Do not dry clean.
Do you offer a warranty or return policy?
Yes! You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that the product has not been worn or washed and is returned in its original condition.

How do I make a return?
To make a return, we ask that you first ensure that your request complies with the conditions set out in our Return Policy, particularly with regard to deadlines and the condition of the product.
Once these conditions have been verified, simply contact our team. In order to process your request efficiently, please have your invoice or order confirmation and photos of the product (in .JPG, .JPEG, .PNG, or .WEBP format) ready to validate the eligibility of the return.

Where are TONQC boxers made?
TONQC is a Canadian company: from product design, quality control, and testing to our main manufacturing facility.
The merino wool comes from Asia, as merino sheep are not raised locally, but all other aspects of manufacturing are designed to support the local economy and responsible values.
